Where do you ship?
Orders are made to order and shipped within the United States. You enter and confirm your shipping address during checkout.
What happens after I order?
Lady Byrd receives the item, design, size, color, amount, and shipping address. Your order also appears on her private owner page so it can be prepared and tracked.
What does fulfilled mean?
When Lady Byrd marks an order fulfilled, it means Byrd's Nest has finished preparing and sending it. The fulfilled mark is an internal order status; it does not charge your card again.
What is the return policy?
Because each gift is made to order, please contact Byrd's Nest as soon as possible if an item arrives damaged, incorrect, or has a printing problem. Include your order email and a clear photo so the order can be reviewed. Change-of-mind returns are not promised for made-to-order items.
